procedure, both as a consultant and
as a member, director, or officer of
a wide variety of labor
organizations, professional
associations, and non-profit
organizations. Scott is
a "Professional Registered
Parliamentarian" (the highest credential offered by the National
Association of Parliamentarians) a past-President of the California State
Association of Parliamentarians, and a member of the American Congress of Parliamentary Lawyers.
Scott works with a

1000 and the California Correctional Peace Officer Association.
